PolySeed is a generative collection of Digital Artwork (NFT) hosted and run on the Polygon network. Users and the collector of these NFTs are solely responsible for the security and management of their own private assets.

Users certify by purchasing and / or obtained from raglo that they understand that since the PolySeed smart contract runs on the Polygon network and is subject to its system and terms, there is no possibility of undoing, reversing or restoring any transaction.

All connected services included in this website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Use of this website constitutes your agreement that you accept sole responsibility for any and all transactions involving PolySeed digital collectibles.

By accepting these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence.

You may not use our products and / or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate the laws of your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Property


When you purchase and / or gift your PolySeed NFT, you own the NFT - ownership is transferred to you on the Polygon blockchain for that individual piece of art, feature combination, and number. Ownership of the NFT is governed by the smart contract and the Polygon network terms. We, PolySeed, do not have the ability to alter, freeze, seize or modify the property of any PolySeed NFTs.

Personal Use


Subject to your continued acceptance of these terms, PolySeed grants you a royalty-free worldwide license to use, copy, and display the purchased Art, along with any derivative artwork or extensions you may create or use, limited by the following purposes: ( i) for your own personal, non-commercial use; (ii) as part of a market that allows the purchase and sale of your PolySeed / NFT, provided that the market cryptographically verifies that you are the owner, to ensure that only the actual owner has the right to display the Art; or (iii) as part of a third party website or application that allows the inclusion, participation or participation of your PolySeed, as long as the website or app cryptographically verifies the right of each PolySeed owner to display the Art for their PolySeed, to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and as long as the Art is no longer visible once the PolySeed's actual owner will leave the website or app.

Commercial Use


Subject to the actual owner of PolySeed NFT continuing to comply with these Terms, PolySeed grants you an unlimited worldwide license to use, copy and display the Art purchased for the purpose of creating derivative works based on the Art ("COMMERCIAL USE").Examples of specific commercial use would be the use of art to produce and sell physical products (t-shirts, posters, etc.) that display a copy of the purchased art. Please note that nothing in this section will be deemed to restrict you from (i) owning or operating a market that allows the use and sale of PolySeed in general, provided that the market cryptographically verifies the right of each PolySeed owner to display the Art from your PolySeed to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art; (ii) own or operate a third-party website or application that allows PolySeed's inclusion, participation, or participation in general, provided that the third-party website or application cryptographically verifies the rights of each PolySeed owner to display the Art for your PolySeed and to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the purchased PolySeed leaves the website / app; or (iii) obtain income from any of the above.

Additionally, PolySeed reserves the right to use ANY character, including: print or digital advertising, or any purely creative medium (including short films, anime, etc.) in support of the PolySeed community and message.

However, you may not use the artwork in connection with hateful images, violence, or any other inappropriate behavior. The previously granted License only applies to the extent that you continue to own the relevant NFT. If at any time you exchange, donate, give away, transfer or dispose of your NFT for any reason, the license granted above will expire immediately, without notice, and you will have no further rights to the artwork in this NFT.

PolySeed IP


Other than the rights to the Art, nothing gives you any rights to other trademarks or other intellectual property rights owned by PolySeed, including but not limited to PolySeed, PolySeed and associated logos. All these rights are expressly reserved in the name of PolySeed.
